Building Permits

All building permit inquiries should start by contacting the Village of Spencer Clerk's Office at 715-659-5423 or by emailing Clerk Chris Helgestad at [email protected]

The Clerk's Office will issue a zoning permit and can issue building permits for accessory structures, fences, driveways, residential remodels and roofs.

CSC Services is contracted with the Village to issue permits and do inspections for Residential Property, New Construction and Additions

Three C's is contracted with the Village to issue permits and do inspections for Commercial Property, New Construction, Additions & Alterations.

Right-of-Way Permits

The Clerk's Office will issue Right-of-Way / Street Access permits for work done in the Village right-of-way’s including water & sewer connections, telecommunications, and gas and electric lines.
